Job Description
Seeking a dynamic and organized professional to work in the Development Department at Ohel’s OJFC Brooklyn location. Responsibilities include preparing written correspondence and department reports, arranging and managing meetings, assisting with departmental events, supporting senior members of the department, working on special projects and events, as well as supervising department support staff.The appropriate candidate will have experience supervising staff, superior written and verbal communication skills, hands-on experience using Salesforce NPSP for fundraising, including navigating the system smoothly for real-time use, and the ability to generate basic reports. Additionally, basic/intermediate proficiency in Excel is required.The ideal candidate will demonstrate superior technology capability, be a self-starter who can work independently as well as within a team, with excellent follow-up skills.
