Marketing Manager - Developer Tools (Series A Startup)

Our client, a well-funded Series A developer tools startup backed by tier 1 VCs ($5M raised, 6 years runway), is seeking a creative and data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to drive their next phase of expansion.The Opportunity

You'll own the full marketing funnel, from content creation to lead conversion, with a particular focus on engaging developer communities through authentic, valuable content. This role combines creative storytelling with analytical rigor to build and nurture a pipeline of qualified leads from the Open Source Software (OSS) community.What You'll Do

Architect and execute multi-channel growth campaigns across email, social media, and community platformsCreate compelling short-form video content for LinkedIn and Twitter that resonates with developersBuild and optimize high-engagement Reddit strategies to connect with technical audiencesDesign automated email sequences and nurture campaigns that convertDrive the full funnel from content engagement to qualified meeting handoffsAnalyze performance metrics and continuously optimize conversion ratesCollaborate directly with the executive team on strategic initiativesWhat We're Looking For

2-5 years of growth marketing experience at early-stage startups, specifically in B2B DevToolsTrack record at companies similar to PostHog, Modal, or AmplitudeProven ability to create engaging technical content across multiple formatsExperience with email marketing automation and funnel optimizationStrong understanding of developer communities and OSS ecosystemData-driven approach to content strategy and campaign optimizationExpert-level knowledge of Reddit marketing and community engagementIdeal Background

Previously led growth initiatives at a Series A dev tools startupDemonstrated success in video content creation for technical audiencesExperience optimizing B2B sales funnels with measurable resultsDeep familiarity with developer tools and OSS communitiesThe Package
