As a General Manager, you will oversee daily operations while managing the budget and meeting client expectations. Your responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with employees, guests, and clients, supporting team development, and ensuring cohesive operations across departments.Key Responsibilities:

Conduct and participate in employee meetings, training, and reviews.Ensure compliance with company policies, local, state, and federal regulations.Manage financials, including budget adherence, financial reporting, and cash handling.Control food costs while upholding quality standards.Maintain good rapport with staff, clients, and other departments.Oversee purchasing, inventory controls, and menu planning with chefs.Monitor and implement HACCP protocols for food safety and storage.Preferred Qualifications:
