Who you are:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing education.
Must have current active, unencumbered RN license in the State of Oregon.
Current BLS CPR certification preferred.
Experience in the care of the geriatric resident as evidenced by previous work experience is preferred.
Educational requirements for Infection Preventionist per CMS requirements.
Experienced in the care of the geriatric resident as evidenced by previous work experience.
Proven ability to communicate effectively to staff, residents, families, etc.

Other Requirements:

Has a good working knowledge of State and Federal rules and regulations.
Demonstrated ability to establish priorities and organize work and care efficiently.
Demonstrated ability in supervising and training nursing team members.
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
