We are currently seeking an LPN Float for a renowned Federally-Qualified Health Center located in Brooklyn, NY. As an LPN, you would be mainly responsible for vaccines and injections with a focus on Flu and COVID. In addition, you will be tasked with floating to up to 3 locations within Brooklyn.

Compensation for this role is $30-$34/hour. The schedule for this LPN role is 35 hours/week. M-F, 9a-5p with rotating weekends and a rotating late shift of 11a-7p on Thursdays.

*LPN Duties Include:*
* Performs nursing tasks and responsibilities within the framework of case finding, health teaching, health counseling and provision of supportive and restorative care under direction of a registered professional nurse or licensed physician.
* Administer medications and provide treatments prescribed by providers
* Performs immunizations and injections
* Assists in facilitating patient flow for the provider to ensure a seamless and efficient patient flow
* Maintains the care and use of supplies, equipment, etc.

*Requirements:*
* LPN - NY State
* BLS, PALS
