This position requires a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to work in an operating room setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with patients undergoing surgical procedures and demonstrate strong critical thinking and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care during surgical procedures
• Collaborate with anesthesia providers, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care for patients undergoing surgery
• Conduct preoperative and postoperative assessments to identify potential complications and develop strategies to mitigate them
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the state where the assignment is located
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an operating room setting
• Experience working with patients undergoing complex surgical procedures
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
