    Certification Details
  • BLS - Basic Life Support
  • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
  • PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support
  • NIH Stroke Certification
  • State License 1 Verification
  • NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP)
    Job Details
  • Ability to assess, evaluate and drive discharge plan.
  • Coordinate services to the patient's appropriate level of care.
  • Ensure that treatment plan is initiated, evaluated and re-evaluated daily.
  • Follow the progress and lack thereof daily.
  • Monitor length of stay and identify barriers to discharge.
  • Follow Medicare regulatory guidelines regarding patient choice, IMM notices and MOONS.
    Job Requirements
  • 3 years minimum experience required.
  • Unit accepts first time travelers.
  • Candidate will be reviewed by clinical to determine clinical fit.
    Schedule Information
  • Monday-Friday
  • No weekend shifts
  • No call required
  • Floating within facility/scope of practice as needed
  • Maximum RTO of 7 days
  • Holidays: Expected to work major holidays if they fall within assignment period.
    Unit Specific Information
  • Unit accepts first time travelers.
    Additional Details
  • Photo ID Required
  • Compliance: FULL compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule.
