Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Surgical Technologist (Surgical Tech) to assist in various surgical procedures. The Surgical Tech will be responsible for preparing the operating room, arranging surgical instruments, and supporting the surgical team during operations to ensure a sterile and efficient environment.

Key Responsibilities:

•Prepare the operating room by setting up surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies.

•Assist the surgical team during procedures by passing instruments and maintaining a sterile field.

•Anticipate the needs of the surgeon and ensure all necessary materials are readily available.

•Sterilize instruments and equipment before and after surgery.

•Monitor and maintain a safe, sterile environment throughout the surgical procedure.

•Assist with patient positioning and draping as needed.

•Maintain accurate documentation of surgical procedures.

Qualifications:

•Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred.

•Experience in an operating room setting preferred.

•Strong knowledge of surgical instruments and procedures.

•Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team.

•Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
