These busineses include a stationery shop, a plant store, home decor and accesssories, and a candy shop. This role requires a hands-on leader with a passion for retail, strong business acumen, and excellent organizational skills. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, drive sales, manage inventory, and lead teams across multiple locations to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
