Job Description
ITS has a client in the Toledo, OH area seeking a Human Resources Generalist.

This is a direct hire position with full benefits including 401k.

Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesConduct recruiting activities to support production requirements, including job fairsMaintain communities ties in order to effectively maintain the pool of available candidatesConduct interviewing and follow the job selection processAssist in developing and conducting new Employee orientations to cover company policies and procedures, and benefits informationEnsure Human Resources systems and policies are consistently applied based on principles of the company and are in compliance with Federal, State, and local regulationsDevelop and assist with training requirements and coordinate all documentation for personnel filesAssist in the administration of division drug testing program and maintain statisticsProvide counsel and support to team members and management on employee relations matters and seek to maintain a balanced level of positive team member relationsAssist in keeping the handbook is kept up to date by timely incorporation of policy revisions, ensuring adherence throughout the company.Administer all Division benefit programs and serve as a resource on benefit issuesAdminister FMLA program and disability managementAdminister Job Posting programPrepare and conduct presentations to encourage health and education on insurance cost containmentPromote and ensure full utilization of all communication channels so that continuous dialogue exists among Employees, Direct Leaders, and managementProvide counsel and support to Human Resources Manager and provide necessary backupEnsure timely completion of relevant portions of the EOS Action PlanMaintain a high profile with employees on the plant floor and be a strong advocate to ensure timely resolution of Employee concerns and issuesPromote and facilitate the Open Door process and Fair TreatmentEducation:

High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experiencePost-secondary education in business, human resources, or related fieldBachelor's Degree in Human Resource related field preferred
