LHH Recruitment in partnership with a law firm in Richmond is seeking a Liability paralegal/Insurance Defense. This is a permanent position and is fully on-site.

ResponsibilitiesAssist with preparing complex legal documents such as subpoenas and discovery responsesE-file legal documents in State and Federal CourtsOrganizing, reviewing and summarizing medical recordsAssist with any other duties required of the role

Requirements5+ years of Liability Paralegal experienceExcellent team playerE-filing experience in State and Federal CourtAbility to handle a heavy case load with a great attention to detailAssist any other Microsoft Office experience required; TABS and Worldox experience a plus.
