Skanska’s construction and project delivery expertise translates directly into maximum savings and quality.The Program Director is responsible for supervising project management and construction management teams in all project phases, including studies, programming and planning, preconstruction services, design, procurements, construction, and closeout. The Program Director is the team leader, responsible from initiation through completion of construction. This position requires business management acumen and must demonstrate strong leadership, presentation, organizational, and team-building skills, as well as knowledge of project controls, quality assurance, risk management, budget management, time management, and strong client service skills. The Program Director must be a strategic communicator, an adaptable team player, with strong presentation, time management, and problem-solving skills, plus a solid understanding of the tasks and skills provided by the team members they supervise.
