5+ years of Sourcing experience in a role such as: product management, product marketing, solution consulting, presales, or as an industry practitionerDemonstrated adaptability to new product management methodologies and a willingness to discard practices that don't serve our team, product, or customersClear articulation of the prioritization and validation process for proposed investments, supported by data demonstrating benefits to the business or customersExperience in Agile and/or Scrum methodologies (certification not mandatory)Strong prioritization skills with a focus on high-impact activitiesProficiency in gathering and translating product requirements into a comprehensive product roadmapAbility to identify and prioritize industry and customer problems before proposing solutionsEffective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure successful product deliveryUnderstanding of user experience principles and collaboration with UX/UI teams to create intuitive and user-friendly solutionsUse of analytics and metrics for product performance evaluation, with the ability to iterate based on data-driven insightsExperience or understanding of integrating products with other enterprise solutions commonly used in Sourcing processesAbility to understand and address the diverse needs of a global user baseProficiency in change management to navigate and drive adoption of new features or changes within client organizationsResponsibilities
The Principal Inbound Product Manager, Sourcing and Procurement Operations resides within the Product OrganizationThis role is extraordinarily collaborative, working not only with peer inbound and outbound product managers, but also cross-functionally with engineering, QE, design, documentation and other product teamsIf you are passionate about shaping the product's strategy, getting to know its customer and user personas, and developing solutions which solve real customer problems, this role is for you!Evaluate competitive and market data to develop a point of view on product prioritiesWrite business cases for investments and deliver these insights in senior-level management meetingsBuild and manage a backlog of customer and/or market validated ideas and requirements which translate to a clear minimum viable product with differentiatorsWork with user experience and engineering teams to bring ideas to lifeCollaborate with other ServiceNow product teams to resolve and execute cross-team dependenciesEnsure successful delivery of product releasesCollaborate with outbound product management, sales, marketing, education services and other teams to cement product successDevelop enablement collateral which helps to create the "whole product."

For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a base pay of $158,500 - $277,500, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefitsSales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structurePlease note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work locationWe also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements)Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location
