Responsibilities - Greets customers at the cashier desk in a pleasant and professional manner.
- Receives cash, checks from customers; records amount received.
- Makes change and issues receipts to customers.
- Reconciles cash drawer daily.
- Answers customer questions about service performed or products purchased, or refers them to someone who can.
- Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and, when necessary, refers dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution.
- Check in and out Rental Cars to customers
- Answers phones in a polite and energized manner
Qualifications: - Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail

- Superior customer service skills.
- Self-starter and self-motivated.
- Ability to work well in a process-driven environment.
- Previous cashier and customer service experience
