We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about helping clients plan for their future and protect their assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate administration, trust administration, and special needs planning. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

Provide expert counsel to clients on all aspects of estate planning, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives.Manage all aspects of estate and trust administration, including probate, asset distribution, and tax filings.Develop and implement comprehensive estate plans that help clients achieve their financial goals and ensure their assets are protected.Assist clients with special needs planning to ensure their loved ones are cared for in the future.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations related to estate planning and administration, and apply this knowledge to client cases.Collaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to devise comprehensive estate plans.Provide excellent customer service, including meeting with clients regularly, answering their questions, and keeping them informed about their case.

Job Details

Qualifications:

Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the state bar.2+ years of experience in estate planning and administration, trust administration, and special needs planning.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple cases with varying deadlines.High level of professionalism and confidentiality.Strong customer service skills.Proficiency in legal research and writing.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Commitment to staying current on changes in laws and regulations related to estate planning and administration.
