We’re currently seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our amazing team.

*Details of the Physical Therapist Opening:*
* Anticipated start date: ASAP
* Salary Range: $80,000-$90,000/year
* Relocation/sign-on bonus: Offering up to $10,000!
* Anticipated Schedule: FT / M-F (40 hours per week)
* Anticipated duration of contract: PERM

*Job Summary:*

Implements, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and policies and procedures.

Develops treatment plans, supervises assistants and aides, contributes to case management, and provides quality patient care.

Maintains positive level of interaction with facilities and clients. Enhances and expands client relations with facilities and their staff.

*Services include:*
* Acute Physical Therapy
* Functional Capacity Evaluations
* Orthopedics
* Work Conditioning

*Required Credentials:*
* Graduation from a physical therapist education program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) or, in the case of an internationally educated physical therapist, from a non-CAPTE accredited program seeking licensure as a physical therapist, a substantially equivalent education
* State licensure/registration where applicable
