Ghost RX is interviewing Certified Phlebotomists to work at the Veterans Affairs in Temple, TX.

*PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: *Base + (2) 1 year Options

Base: 03/30/25 - 3/29/26
Opt. 1: 3/30/26 - 3/29/27
Opt. 2: 3/30/27 - 3/29/28

*Schedule: *

Phlebotomy services shall be provided 40 hours per week, shifts to be covered may be any of the following but not limited to:
* 7am-3:30pm (with 30-minute lunch break)
* 4am- 12:45pm; 6am-2:45pm; or 7:30am – 4:15pm (with 45 min lunch)
* 4:00pm – midnight – no meal break only 2-15 minute breaks
* midnight – 8:00am – no meal break only 2-15 minute breaks

Or any other shift not listed that is designated based on the needs of the service that is subject to change. These can also include variations of 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts, as well as a set schedule.

All shifts include 2, 15-minute breaks.

Days worked may vary based on need, not to exceed 5 days per week. The work week runs Sunday- Saturday.

*QUALIFICATIONS/Items required to submit with proposal:*
* Phlebotomy Certification form an accredited school
* BLS
* Current Curriculum Vitae (CV)
* 3 References (Name, address, capacity. Telephone) including the current or last supervisor

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Up to $22.91 per hour
