Accounts Payable Analyst
Our client seeks an experienced AP Analyst to manage daily activities related to invoice approvals and payments. The ideal candidate is proactive with a sense of urgency and has a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

Accounts Payable Analyst Responsibilities
Prepare and distribute invoices ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
Monitor invoices for necessary approvals.
Prepare and mail out checks.
Handle employee and vendor inquiries.
Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and rejections.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on vendor accounts.
Ad-hoc process improvement support.

Accounts Payable Analyst Qualifications
High school diploma required.
At least 3 years of AP-related experience.
ERP systems and MS Office suite proficiency including intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Ability to learn new systems quickly; familiarity with Lawson or similar preferred.
Customer service oriented with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Organized and deadline-driven with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Compensation: $30-$33/hr. (DOE)
