We are looking to bring on an attorney who has at least 7 years of experiance and an interest working in Lemon Law. We will teach you our ways and how to use or ai system.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law schoolMember in good standing of the California BarAt least seven (7) years of litigation experience as a licensed attorneyGenuine interest in consumer protection and representationHunger for professional growth, with a “no job is too big or too small” mentalityCollaborative and willing to operate in a team-oriented environmentExperience supervising and training junior attorneys preferredBilingual Spanish is preferred but not requiredProficient in MS Office, Westlaw, and OutlookSkilled and decisive problem-solver with the ability to unravel complex issuesExcellent written and oral communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and ability to track and comply with deadlines in a busy and fast-paced environmentWilling to learn and apply technology solutions and work in a paperless environmentWilling to travel within California as needed for court appearances, vehicle inspections, and depositionsAbility to lift and move up to 20 poundsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
