Personal Care Partner I TUESDAY-SATURDAY 2:00PM-10:30PM $19.00-$20.95 FULL-TIME at Christian Living Communities summary:

As a Personal Care Partner, you will support and assist seniors with their daily personal care needs, including grooming and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). This position is crucial for enhancing the quality of life for residents in our community, requiring strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Job Description

Position Summary

Ready to be a superhero in the lives of our amazing residents? As a Personal Care Partner, you'll swoop in to save the day by meeting the daily personal care needs of our community's wonderful seniors. Your keen eye and caring heart will help you anticipate, identify, and report care needs like a pro!

Your Exciting Mission (should you choose to accept it):

  • Be the resident's personal care sidekick! Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) faster than a speeding bullet, all while keeping a smile on your face.
  • Transform into a grooming guru! Help residents look and feel their best by assisting with bathing, dressing, and personal care. Remember, a well-tied shoe can be the first step to a great day!
  • Channel your inner Sherlock Holmes to anticipate and identify resident care needs. No detail is too small – from a misplaced hearing aid to a sneaky skin rash, you're on the case!
  • Become a master of multitasking! Juggle resident care, family communication, and teamwork like a circus performer (minus the unicycle, of course).
  • Be the guardian of resident safety and well-being. Think of yourself as a friendly neighborhood watch, but for our community.
  • Transform into a documentation dynamo! Keep those records up-to-date and crystal clear. Your pen is mightier than the sword (and much safer in a care setting).
  • Join the "Medication Musketeers" and assist residents with their daily medication routines. Remember, "All for one, and one for all" (as long as it's in accordance with state law)!
  • Become a maintenance messenger by completing work orders. You're not just fixing things; you're making the community a better place one repair at a time!
  • Be a star at our monthly staff meetings. Share your insights, contribute ideas, and help make our community shine brighter than ever.
  • Embrace the unexpected! Be ready to take on other duties as they pop up. After all, variety is the spice of life (and work)!
