Job Description
We are seeking individuals who share our passion for creating positive learning environments where every child can succeed. As a paraprofessional, you will work alongside licensed teachers, providing one-on-one and small group support to students with various needs.
Main Responsibilities
- Partner with licensed staff to maintain a conducive learning environment and support classroom activities.
- Help students achieve their Individualized Education Plan (IEP) goals through targeted support and accommodations.
- Provide academic modifications and assist with classwork and assignments in small groups or individually.
- Foster a safe and engaging environment that promotes student wellbeing and learning.
- Offer crisis support as needed to ensure a safe and supportive space for students.
- Adapt learning methods to meet the unique needs of each student, encouraging active engagement and participation.

Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree or higher, or high school diploma/GED with a passing score on the Parapro/Paraeducator exam.
- At least one year of experience working with children in a structured setting, such as a school, daycare, or volunteer program.
- Professional proficiency in English language.
- US Work Authorization is required; visa sponsorship or relocation assistance is not available.
Preferred Qualifications
- ParaPro Certification, which we can support if needed.
- Experience in special education settings or familiarity with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Background as a Behavioral Technician or PCA is a plus but not required.
