Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Medical Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the success of our healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the Medical Intensive Care Unit
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor patients' conditions and respond to changes or emergencies
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience as a Medical Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse
• Current RN licensure in the state of Ohio
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
