RN-MICU Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse for our MICU department in Alexandria, LA.

Responsibilities:

• Care for critically ill patients with various conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Perform various medical procedures and interventions as needed

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the state of Louisiana
• Experience in MICU or critical care setting
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
