About the Assignment:
As a travel nurse in long-term care (LTC), you will provide high-quality patient care to residents in a nursing home or assisted living facility. You will work closely with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to each patient's unique needs and goals.
Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and conducting vital signs.
• Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, and document findings in their medical records.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans that prioritize patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a registered nurse (RN).
• Current licensure as an RN in the state of Nebraska.
• BCLS/BLS certification.
• Ability to work night shifts (3x12) for the duration of the assignment.
