About Enterprise Platforms Technology (EPTech)

EPTech comprises many of Capital One's most important enterprise platforms. We play an essential role in establishing practices for building technology solutions across the company, while also delivering capabilities that exemplify those practices.

What You'll Do:

• You'll collaborate with Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions relating to mobile application development and delivery.
• You'll share your passion for staying on top of tech trends, experimenting with new technologies, participating in internal & external technology communities, mentoring other members of the engineering community.
• You'll collaborate with digital product managers, and deliver robust cloud-based solutions that drive powerful experiences to help millions of Americans achieve financial empowerment.
• You'll utilize programming languages like Ruby, Python, Ansible, Terraform, Bash, Kotlin, Swift Container Orchestration services including Docker and Kubernetes, and a variety of AWS tools and services.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 3 years of experience in software engineering (Internship experience does not apply)

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of mobile development experience in at least one of the following: Android (Java/Kotlin), iOS (Objective-C/Swift), or React Native
• 3+ years of experience with AWS
• 2+ years of experience in open source frameworks
• 2+ years of experience with Terraform or Ansible
• 2+ years of experience with container orchestration services including Docker or Kubernetes
• 2+ experience with coding and scripting (Python, Java, JavaScript, Golang, Bash, Perl or Ruby)
• 2+ years of Unix or Linux system administration experience
• 2+ years of experience working with Agile Development Practices
