Job DetailsMaintain complete safety and environmental complianceMaintain and direct repair of manufacturing machinery and equipment to allow for maximum efficiencyDevelop the schedule for the Preventative maintenance of manufacturing machinery and equipmentRefine and develop manufacturing processes to achieve quality and rate defined in the process specificationsImplement manufacturing plans and procedures for new product introductionProvide training for manufacturing operatorsPrepare and maintain manufacturing process documentation (SOP's, PS's and equipment manuals)Assist R&D in performing engineering pilotsAssist Quality Assurance in performing failure analysisPlan, design and justify manufacturing tooling machinery, and equipment
