Job Details

Position Overview: The CFO, reporting to the CEO, will oversee all financial operations within the company. This is inclusive of strategic planning, investment strategy, portfolio management, reporting, compliance, finance & accounting operations.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Strategic planning for the organization, ensuring that our corporate and divisional plans are aligned with our goals
• Financial analysis, planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Monitor company financial performance to ensure improvements are being made and cost-savings are being realized
• Loan management and administration
• Refinancing existing assets
• Support investment strategy decisions: acquisition, disposition, and refinance
• Portfolio management, optimizing subsidiaries and assets via diversification and liability management
• Manage all aspects of reporting
• Compliance & risk management
• Lead, mentor, and coach finance and accounting departments
• Director reports: Controller & finance staff
• Additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 10+ years financial management experience
• Construction industry
• Financial software implementation
• Advanced Excel skills
• Finance and data analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPA
• MBA
• Real Estate & Development management
