Position Overview:
This role is responsible for driving business growth by generating new leads, managing client relationships, and closing deals. The individual will implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals and ensure the successful execution of projects, from prospecting to finalizing contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business with pharmaceutical clients across drug development and life cycle management.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads using various prospecting methods (cold calls, events, networking).
- Exceed sales targets by converting leads into projects and maintaining client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop project scopes, budgets, and contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including calls, meetings, forecasts, and follow-ups.
- Provide feedback to marketing for new product development based on customer insights.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of experience in sales within the pharmaceutical or related industries.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
