About The Position

A medical center with both involuntary and voluntary behavioral health units is seeking a psychiatrist for locum tenens coverage. The facility is located in Sussex County, NJ. The psychiatrist will round on 5-6 adult patients, both voluntary and involuntary, and provide consults as needed in the ER or on medical floors. There is no call requirement, and the psychiatrist must be Board Certified.

The position requires rounding on 5-6 adult patients, providing consults as needed in the ER or on medical floors, and having no call requirement. The ideal candidate must be Board Certified.

• Date Needed: March - Ongoing
• Call Ratio/Schedule: 1:4 weekends
• Caseload/PPD: 6-8 plus consults as needed in ER and Medical floors
• Shift Type: Day Shift

• Cases Treated: schizophrenia, bi-polar, psychotic, etc
