About Us:

Enterprise Platforms Technology (EPTech) is a key part of Capital One's IT organization, responsible for building and delivering critical enterprise platforms that support our business operations.

What You Will Do:

• Design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions using ServiceNow and other technologies to enhance our IT service management capabilities.

• Collaborate with product owners to understand application requirements and develop testing scenarios to ensure high-quality solutions.

• Continuously improve software engineering practices to drive efficiency and excellence in our development processes.

• Work with Agile teams to deliver full-stack solutions across a range of development tools and technologies.

• Lead the development of robust, scalable, and highly available solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and participate in internal and external technology communities to drive innovation and knowledge sharing.

• Encourage innovation, experimentation, and collaboration to drive exceptional results.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.

• At least 3 years of ServiceNow development experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.

• 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.

• 1+ year of experience in ServiceNow API development.

• 1+ year of experience in IT asset management.

• 1+ year of experience in IT operations management.

• 1+ year of experience in workflow development.
