A Surgical Technologist I provides critical support in maintaining a sterile environment during surgical procedures. With responsibilities including preparation for surgeries and assisting physicians, this role ensures optimal patient outcomes. Overview:Up to $5K Sign On Bonus

Compensation / Benefits

Responsibilities:Job Summary

Education

Completion of accredited Surgical Technologist program, achieved national certification in surgical technology preferred, or five (5) consecutive years training/experience as a surgical tech. Cath lab: RCIS certification preferred.

Experience

Must have completed accredited Surgical Technology program, or must have five (5) consecutive years training/experience as a surgical tech, or LPN with one (1) year surgical tech preferred. National Certification is highly preferred.

Licensure/Certification/Registration/Professional Designation ETC

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to be maintained for duration of employment. If Certified Surgical Technologist must have current certification. Current Oklahoma LPN license required, if applicable. Cath lab: ALS training must be achieved within 6 months of hire and maintained throughout duration of employment.

Qualifications:Education

• Completion of accredited Surgical Technologist program, achieved national certification in surgical technology, or five (5) consecutive years training/experience as a surgical tech.

Experience

• Must have completed accredited Surgical Technology program, or must have five (5) consecutive years training/experience as a surgical tech or LPN with one (1) year surgical tech preferred.• National Certification is highly preferred.

(Above requirements can be met by the equivalent combination of education and experience).

Licensure / Certification

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to be maintained for duration of employment.• If Certified Surgical Technologist must have current certification.• Currently Oklahoma LPN license required if applicable.
