*Summary*

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team at Pleasant View. This pivotal role, located in Owosso, MI, will oversee nursing operations and ensure the highest standards of care for our residents, aligning with our mission of excellence in resident-centered care.

*Responsibilities*
* Oversee all nursing operations within the facility to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote quality resident care.
* Supervise nursing staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development.
* Conduct regular assessments of resident care plans to ensure they meet individual needs.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care for residents.
* Ensure proper documentation and review of medical records for accuracy and compliance.
* Advocate for resident rights and ensure a safe and respectful environment.
* Manage staffing levels effectively to maintain high-quality care.

*Qualifications*
* Valid nursing license with significant experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
* Proven leadership skills with experience in nursing administration or management roles.
* Strong knowledge of resident rights and regulatory compliance in healthcare.
* Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with residents, families, and staff.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
* Experience with documentation review and medical terminology is essential..

Pay: $100,000.00 - $116,000.00 per year
