*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will work with patients of varying ages and conditions to help them achieve their maximum potential in daily living and working activities. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions in various settings including schools, clinics, outpatient facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and inpatient environments.

*Duties*
* Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine their needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
* Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving patients' ability to perform daily activities.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and support for patients.
* Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, goals, and progress.
* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress in accordance with regulatory standards.
* Stay updated on best practices in occupational therapy and participate in ongoing professional development.

*Skills*
* Proficient in medical terminology relevant to occupational therapy practices.
* Strong knowledge of anatomy to effectively assess and treat various conditions.
* Experience with early intervention strategies for pediatric patients is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with patient care protocols across different settings including school systems, clinics, outpatient facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and inpatient care environments.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
* Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
* Compassionate approach towards patient care with a focus on improving quality of life.

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
