Requirements:
* Resume (Minimum 3.5+ year of RN Med Surge/Tele acute care experience).
* Skills checklist
* Basic Life Support - BLS Certification (must be from AHA- American Heart Association).
* 2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years
* Driver's license
* Covid Card
* Flu shot.
* Accepting MI license
