On OPC, we utilize a team approach consisting of nurses, physicians, patient care assistants, case managers, and unit support staff. Our care team specializes in the care of stable progressive care patients, patients with a diagnosis or history of cancer, end of life care, including Inpatient Hospice, and medical level of care. As part of the Oncology Progressive Care team, you will become chemotherapy trained and will have the opportunity to become an Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) or Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (CHPN)."
