Home Health Physical Therapist
13 Weeks
5x8 Days, 08:00-16:30; Monday-Friday
Will be based out of Carilion Clinic Home Care - New River Valley.
Potential to float to Wytheville area 2-3x per week.
Please ensure traveler is closed on floating to this region. Wytheville region is approximately 40 miles from this office.
Mileage will be reimbursed.
Education: DPT or Master's required.
Home health experience REQUIRED.
One year of experience accepted.
Virginia Physical Therapy license required. Does not need to be in hand upon submittal, can apply immediately upon offer.
BLS required. Additional, specialized certs preferred, not required.
Will train on the basics of Epic system for evals, RAs, routine visits, and discharges.
No call. No OT.
