We are seeking a skilled LocumsRadiology-Diagnostic/Interventional Physician to join our team in Kissimmee,FL. This position involves working in an inpatient setting, providing bothdiagnostic and interventional radiology services. The position requires coverage from Monday toFriday, with shifts from either 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Callcoverage and weekend shifts are also required as part of the schedule. Aminimum of 5 shifts per month is expected for this role. This role is based in a 404-bed inpatientfacility, providing comprehensive radiology services to patients. The facility handles a high volume ofradiology cases, with approximately 12,000 diagnostic cases and 100interventional radiology cases per month.
As a LocumsRadiology-Diagnostic/Interventional Physician will be responsible forperforming a variety of procedures, including venous access, DVT (Deep VeinThrombosis) and PE (Pulmonary Embolism) interventions, dialysis accessmanagement, interventional oncology (including multimodality ablation), andurologic procedures. The physician will also perform basic image-guidedprocedures, such as biopsies and drainages.
Requirements:
- Board Certified in Radiology
- Current DEA registration
- Active Florida medical license
