An established critical access hospital located in the Upper Connecticut Valley region is now looking for an experienced Inpatient Registered Pharmacist to join their award-winning healthcare team.
This regional leading community based clinic offers a variety of internal medicine services in a friendly convenient setting. This location specializes in a number of services including family medicine, behavioral health, podiatry, endocrinology, gastroenterology, surgery, and cardiovascular care.
Reporting to the Director of Pharmacy, the Registered Pharmacist will assume a variety of clinical and distributive functions in an inpatient pharmacy setting. The Registered Pharmacist will work as an integral member of the pharmacy team and is responsible for planning, organizing, and monitoring the management of the pharmacy. The Registered Pharmacist will also educate patients and prevent potential drug related problems.
What’s Needed to Succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
- Licensed as a Pharmacist in the state of New Hampshire or ability to obtain
- Prior experience in a critical access setting
