TransForce is hiring full-time Local CDL A Drivers in Lacey, WA. Earn $30.60/hour with the potential to make $1,400 weekly. This temp-to-hire position offers consistent local routes, steady pay, and excellent benefits.
1 year of CDL A experience required. 12 hour shifts.
Position Highlights:
- Pay: $30.60 per hour (weekly pay: $1,300 - $1,400); OT after 40 hours
- Work Type: Local routes & deliveries, temp-to-hire.
- Equipment: 53' Reefer trailers
Schedule:
- 12:00 AM to 12:00 PM
- 24-hour operation, with 3 days off during the week
- Weekend work required
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport groceries to local grocery stores
- Touch freight using electric pallet jacks for palletized freight as needed
- Operate Class A tractor-trailers for local routes with occasional overnight layovers (no more than one day)
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure safety and compliance
Requirements:
- CDL License: Valid Class A CDL
- Experience: At least 1 year of verifiable Class A driving experience required
- Availability: Must be available for weekend shifts, as this is a 24-hour operation
- Safety Requirements: Clean MVR and stable work history
