Job Description
A fast-growing professional services firm seeks a Chief Financial Officer to lead their dynamic team. The person best suited for this role will possess an innovative mindset with a solid track record of scaling companies and ensuring revenue growth while running the overall financial management of the company.Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic partner and provide financial and strategic support to the President to support the company’s long-term financial growth.Drive profitable growth through analysis, influencing and action on risk assessment, contracting excellence, pricing, business ventures, customer profitability and cost control.Have full P&L, balance sheet, and Working Capital responsibility.Develop successful relationships with the company’s Partners and senior management team, finance team, external auditors and vendors.Ensure smooth functioning of the day-to-day operations of the company’s finance function and provide leadership and supervision to the finance team, including internal controls and cash management.Prepare financial projections/target for annual operating budgets, updating financial forecasts throughout the year.Find and analyze potential acquisition targets to strengthen the company’s financial position and growth target.Negotiate management services agreements with existing and new clients.Qualifications

BA/BS Degree in Finance or in a related field. CPA or MBA preferred.10+ years of financial leadership experience.5+ years of senior management experience, within high growth mid-sized companies, preferably in professional services.Significant operational business experience.Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).Strong analytical and FP&A skills.Strong attention to detail.Able to deliver in complex situations.Entrepreneurial, agile, resilient mindset.Ability to build and structure a financial team through various stages of growth.Compensation:$300,000-$400,000 per year
