    Job Details
  • Full-Time 13-week opening for experienced RN in Home Health.
  • New, modern facility in rural Northeast Oregon.
  • Applicants should have three or more years of nursing experience and the ability to come in and work with minimal direction or supervision.
    Job Requirements
  • Must have BLS.
  • Home Health experience preferred.
  • Must have their own automobile for work.
    Schedule Information
  • Day shift 8 am to 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday with weekend rotation (currently shared with 5 clinicians).
  • Not to exceed 40 hours a week.
  • For the week before a scheduled weekend, RN would have Thursday off and work Saturday and Sunday and then have the following Friday off.
    Unit Specific Information
  • Home Health patients are seen in their home which can include assisted living or adult foster home.
