What You'll Be Doing
Master your station—prep, cook, and keep things stocked like a pro.
Work the line during service, ensuring every dish is top-notch.
Keep your station clean and organized—because great food starts with a great workspace.
Follow recipes and execute dishes to the chef’s high standards.
Collaborate with the team, respect leadership, and bring a positive attitude every day.
What We're Looking For
At least one year of restaurant experience. If you know your way around a kitchen, we want you.
Basic culinary knowledge—knives, ingredients, and how to make things delicious.
A team player who takes initiative and is always learning.
Ability to handle physical work, including lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally, standing for long hours, and moving quickly during service.
A proactive mindset—you see what needs to be done and make it happen.
