Express Employment Professionals is looking for a Fabricator to work with our valued client in Mineral Ridge, OH.

Pay: Based on Experience $19-$22 per hr

Shift: Daylight 6:00a - 4:30p M-F

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical instructions.
• Measure, cut, and assemble metal parts using tools such as saws, shears, torches, and welding equipment.
• Operate machinery like CNC machines, press brakes, grinders, and drills.
• Weld, solder, or bolt components together according to design specifications.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Perform maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Follow workplace safety guidelines and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other team members to improve fabrication processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in metal fabrication, welding, or a related field.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
• Skilled in using hand and power tools, welding equipment, and precision measuring instruments.
• Knowledge of materials such as steel, aluminum, and other metals.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environments.
• Understanding of workplace safety procedures and OSHA regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in welding (AWS, CWI) or metal fabrication.
• Experience with CNC machining or CAD software.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or construction setting.
