Job Details
You will..
Plan and Conduct Field Investigations: Lead field activities, including boring and test pit logging, sample collection, field testing, and accurate data recording.
Engineering Analysis and Report Preparation: Perform engineering analyses for foundations, pavements, and other project elements, and draft detailed geotechnical reports.
Construction Observation: Oversee foundation and earthwork construction, ensuring alignment with design specifications and plans.
Technical Document Development: Prepare and modify engineering documents such as specifications, cost estimates, plans, and reports.
Geotechnical Software Proficiency: Utilize common geotechnical tools (Lpile, Shaft, Settle3, Slide, SlopeW, gINT, etc.) for project analyses.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with project teams on task completion and project assignments.
This position may involve local travel to project sites across Southern California.
