ITS has a client in the Toledo, OH area seeking a 2nd shift Maintenance Tech.

This is a direct hire role with full benefits including 401k.Position SummaryUtilizing Total Preventative Maintenance principles develop and implement a Preventative Maintenance schedule for all manufacturing equipment in the facility.Attend pre-shift and post-shift crossover team meetingPerform daily start-up and shutdown procedures.Repair any manufacturing equipment in the event of a failure.Maintain a spare parts inventory for all manufacturing equipment in the facility.Perform necessary in-house projects. Keep an up-to-date log of the timing of these projects.Perform any facility repairs as neededIdentify and correct any safety issues inside the facility.Work with outside companies to perform any required projects that are not completed with internal resources.Complete all required paperwork (shift notes, PM logs, work order documents, etc.) as instructed by the Team Leader/Manager.Monitor installation of new equipment by contractors.Maintain and improve our 5S standards.Perform another task as assigned by the Team Leader, Shift Supervisor, or ManagerWork Experience Requirements:A minimum of five years experience in a manufacturing environment.Extensive knowledge of programmable logic controllers.Experience with six-axis robotics.About Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS)ITS is an international recruiting and staffing firm specializing in Engineering, Technical and Professional positions.
