Los Angeles, CA , is seeking an experienced

Senior Project Engineer (PE)

to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on both current and future projects, contributing to the continued success and expansion of the organization. As a Senior Project Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing all engineering and technical aspects of projects, ensuring they are delivered with precision and quality from start to finish. Your role will involve scheduling, planning, forecasting, resource management, and maintaining a high level of accountability throughout the project lifecycle.Duties and ResponsibilitiesPrepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects.Ensure compliance with relevant codes, best practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications.Maintain daily communication with clients to understand their needs, interpret their requirements, and represent them on-site.Perform quality control across all aspects of the project (budget, schedule, plans, team performance), providing regular status updates.Assign tasks and mentor the project team to ensure effective collaboration and project success.Work closely with the project manager and other key stakeholders to provide technical assistance and support.Review engineering deliverables and implement corrective actions when necessary.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a Project Engineer, with 3-4 years of relevant experience required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Microsoft Project) and strong computer skills.Advanced knowledge of design and visualization tools such as AutoCAD.Familiarity with industry regulations, best practices, and performance standards.Ability to manage projects across multiple disciplines and work in a fast-paced environment while fostering teamwork and positivity.Strong project management, decision-making, leadership, time management, and organizational skills.Experience with BIM, Revit, or LEED Accreditation is a plus.2-4 years of experience in construction is required.This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving company and contribute to impactful projects.
