Biointron is an antibody services CRO and we are seeking a client-facing, detailed, self-starting Marketing Associate to join our fast-growing team. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Associate will be responsible for seamlessly implementing marketing initiatives and collaborating with global Biointron marketing team members and the regional business development team in support of marketing campaigns and Biointron objectives. The Marketing Associate must be an organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once within tight deadlines.Responsibilities:Design content marketing strategies and set short-term goals for marketing objectivesWrite and edit marketing materials, including but not limited to campaign emails, event brochures and flyers, webpages, news releases, social media postsUndertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targetsCollaborate with the design and R&D teams to produce high-quality contentOptimize content considering SEO and Google AnalyticsShare content through various channels, ensuring a strong web presenceRecommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywordsPerform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimizationMonitor and report monthly on competitor marketing activities, analyzing and summarizing data and trendsConduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trendsCreate and update marketing campaigns in Salesforce – tracking campaign results and leadsAttend and support the planning and execution of events, webinars, and trade shows to promote our products and services with potential clientsOther tasks as neededQualifications:Master's degree in marketing, science, biology, or immunology2+ years of marketing experience in life science-related reagents/services, preferably in the protein/antibody field2+ years of previous experience as a marketing associate or similar roleKnowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketingPrevious experience with SEO and Google Analytics requiredExcellent writing, communication, and presentation skillsProficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPointSelf-starter, with a can-do attitude and enthusiasm for the workAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge / Skills / Abilities:Proficient in Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, PPT and CRM softwareExperience with SEO and Google AnalyticsDetail-orientedGreat communication skills, both verbal and writtenGreat English writing skillsGreat interpersonal skillsPhysical Requirements:Must be able to work in an environment with variable noise levels (conferences, seminars, expos, etc.)Must be able to stand/sit/walk for long periodsThis is a remote position.Benefits:401(k)401(k) matchingBonus based on performanceCompany partiesCompetitive salaryDental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceOpportunity for advancementPaid time offTraining & developmentVision insurance
