Join our team as an Occupational Therapist in a 13•week contract role, working 40 hours per week within a 30•minute commute of your assigned territory.

Responsibilities:• Deliver home health care to 20•25 patients weekly• Maintain timely and accurate documentation

Requirements:• Valid CA OT License• BLS certification• 2 years of experience, including OASIS documentation• Continuous employment with no more than a 1•year gap• Flexibility to adapt to changes

Additional Information:• No on•call requirement• Position based in Alameda County• Mileage reimbursement available

Orientation and weekly office visits may be required. All documentation must be completed at the patient's home.
