General Manager of Sales

to oversee and drive the sales strategy for our construction equipment division. This executive-level role will be responsible for leading a dynamic sales team, developing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers to maximize revenue and growth opportunities.As the General Manager of Sales, you will collaborate with senior leadership to identify market trends, drive sales targets, and manage the sales operations to ensure our clients receive unparalleled service and solutions. This position requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the construction industry, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.Key Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence and revenue growth.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and partners.Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop targeted sales strategies.Coordinate with other departments (e.g., operations, marketing) to ensure seamless service delivery.Ensure the team is well-equipped with the knowledge and tools to succeed.Requirements:Experience:
