What You'll Bring:

Qualifications of a Nursing Supervisor include:

• Valid state of CT Nursing License• Advanced degree or certification preferred• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care• Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment-:We Hire for Heart!
